Job DescriptionOverviewThe Registration/Disclosure Desk Processor is responsible to monitor the overall registration/disclosure process from start to finish, while also providing accurate and appropriate disclosures to customers within the allotted amount of time while ensuring Northwest policies and procedures and Regulatory requirements are met.Essential FunctionsEnsure compliance with Northwest policies and procedures, Federal/State regulations, Government Sponsored Entities (GSEs), Agencies (FHA; VA; USDA), third party investors, and vendorsMaximize all technology tools availableEnsure total data/document integrityMonitor Optimal Blue or Pricing Automation for lock requestsConfirm or Send eConsent for all registered loans once loan is available for disclosureMonitor Encompass pipelines for all mortgage channels for timely disclosure preparation and delivery to borrowers, and to ensure compliance and avoid monetary implicationsEnsure delivery of disclosures for those borrowers who do not agree to electronically receive loan documents; using mail service approved by Northwest to ensure delivery within the required timeframeRetrieve documents once eConsent/eDisclosures have been electronically signed and returned, as applicableOrder flood zone determinations and deliver required disclosures as needed.Process change of circumstance requests and re-disclosuresInput NCDD information and upload forms, as applicableAvoid departmental non-payroll costs by disclosing accurate costs on all Loan EstimatesRecommend improvements to procedures, and service/delivery enhancementsMonitor GFE and APR Variances pipeline and work with team to avoid unnecessary costsSubmit appraisals to underwriting for review and deliver to borrower(s), as applicableEnsure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulationsNavigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiencyWork as part of a teamWork with on-site equipmentQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred2 - 6 years experience in the Mortgage Industry or Real Estate field preferred2 - 6 years customer service experience and administrative experience preferredKnowledge of Regulatory Guidelines, proven organizational skills and a team playerNorthwest is an equal opportunity employer.
