Description We are looking for a dedicated 401k/S125 Service Associate I to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support for Paychex products within the S125 Client Service Center. This is a long-term contract position where you will work closely with participants, clients, and plan administrators to ensure smooth operations and compliance with organizational policies and regulations. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond to inbound calls from participants, employees, and plan administrators, addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally. u2022 Educate clients and participants about S125 products, policies, and procedures to enhance understanding and ensure compliance. u2022 Resolve client and participant claims or complaints in a fair and timely manner while adhering to company guidelines. u2022 Escalate complex tasks or documentation to appropriate teams for further resolution. u2022 Build and maintain foundational knowledge of Paychex products and services to provide accurate information. u2022 Utilize software systems such as Salesforce and Adobe Flex to document interactions and manage data effectively. u2022 Perform data entry tasks with precision while maintaining organizational priorities. u2022 Organize and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of tasks. u2022 Assist in photocopying, scanning, and managing documents to support administrative needs. u2022 Stay updated on relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance in client interactions. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on handling inbound calls and resolving complaints. u2022 Familiarity with documentation processes and data entry in a detail-oriented environment. u2022 Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. u2022 Strong knowledge of policies, regulations, and procedures related to payroll services and insurance. u2022 Experience working with HRIS systems and software platforms such as Salesforce and Adobe Flex. u2022 Understanding of 401k and S125 product administration, including IRS guidelines. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and participants. u2022 Proficiency in managing administrative tasks like photocopying and document scanning.
