They willensure optimal growing conditions for plants by monitoring environmentalvariables, nutrient solutions, and plant health. The ideal candidate ispassionate about sustainable agriculture, has hands-on experience withhydroponics, and is dedicated to the success of our crops.Key Responsibilities:System Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain hydroponic systems,including nutrient delivery systems, water pumps, lighting, andenvironmental controls (temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels).Plant Care: Oversee the health of plants, including planting, pruning,harvesting, and pest management. Ensure that all crops are grownaccording to company standards and practices.Nutrient Management: Prepare and adjust nutrient solutions based on cropneeds. Perform water tests to monitor pH and nutrient levels, ensuringplants receive optimal nutrients for growth.Environmental Monitoring: Monitor and control growing conditions (light,humidity, temperature) using automated systems and manual checks toensure the ideal environment for plant growth.Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of plant growth cycles,nutrient levels, water quality, and environmental conditions. Use datato make informed decisions on crop care and system adjustments.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with thehydroponic systems and equipment. Report major problems and assist inrepairs as needed.Harvesting and Packaging: Assist with harvesting crops at the peak offreshness, ensuring proper handling and packaging for distribution.
