Youu2019ll getu2026 + Enjoy free Lunch every day An annual value of $4,000 + Competitive Salary & 401K company match that vests immediately upon participation + Traditional benefits for full-time hourly u2013 Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term, and Long Term Disability + Equity available to full time employees after 1 year of employment + Generous sick leave & PTO policy + Paid holidays About the Role: As a team member of the Sanitation Team, you will be responsible for washing and sanitizing tools, Lexan tubs, bus tubs and other items in the Dishwashing Room using a large commercial dishwashing machine and other methods.u00a0 Keeping our utensils clean is a crucial part of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).u00a0u00a0 Responsibilities as a Dishwasher: + Washing dishes and equipment in the Dishwashing Room to meet Farmeru2019s Fridge standards of cleanliness. + Change the dishwasher water, detergent, and sanitizer to keep the machine running clean, and complete the Dishwasher Water Change Checklist in real-time. + Clean the tool storage boxes, dish shelves, and stages (weekly) and keep the dish room tidy. + Communicate with the QFS Team on equipment that must be swabbed to return to Production. + Keep the floor and floor drains in the Production rooms and other rooms clean and free of debrisu00a0 + Dump trash and compost bins to ensure they remain useable for Production Takeu00a0 Necessary knowledge, skills, and experience: + Able to stand and work for long periods of time (8+ hour shifts) in a cold environment (around 40 degrees) and in a hot environment. + Must be able and willing to work in refrigerated coolers (~38u2070F) + Able to lift 25-50 lbs. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English Preferred) Personal characteristics: + Improvement Oriented:u00a0 You know your team is doing a good job; however, you keep track of data so that others can understand their performance too.
