Collectively, our leadership has over 300 years of experience in sales and sponsorship, analytics and valuation, hospitality and operations.Responsibilities:The Food Prep is responsible to prepare or assist with the food preparation or assist the cashiers with facilitating the orders to the guests. u2022 Serving customers in a timely and friendly manner.u2022 Properly handling inventory.u2022 Preparing the product. u2022 Ensuring that all food warmers are kept full.u2022 Maintaining proper food handling procedures.u2022 Organizing their station.u2022 Proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures.u2022 Organizing and cleaning the stand, removing garbage, and cleaning equipment.Qualificationsu2022 All applicants must be at least 18 years of ageu2022 Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.u2022 Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.u2022 Must be able to work fluently in Englishu2022 Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions.u2022 Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps.u2022 Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.u2022 Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of timeu2022 Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.u2022 High school diploma or equivalent preferred Pay range: $17.50 to $18.50/hrPractice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.Legends is an Equal Opportunity employer.
