Job Description/Duties: Boston University Information Services &Technology (IS&T) is seeking applicants with diverse skills andexperiences to join our innovative and inclusive community. You willjoin as an The SAP Functional Analyst III where you will will be part ofa high performing and dynamic Information Services & Technology (IS&T)organization providing innovative solutions utilizing the SAP HumanCapital Management module. This role focuses on SAP configuration withinPersonnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Benefits(BE), Time (TM), and Payroll (PY) modules. As part of the BUWorks team,you will report to the Assistant Director, HR Applications.Responsibilities: Work in a collaborative environment with clients anddevelopers to deliver robust solutions that follow SAP best practicesExecute and configure within SAP modules Strategically analyze andfunctionally design documentation based on business requirementsParticipate in project implementations Monitor, prioritizing, andworking on product backlogs and support tickets Define and execute testphases within project implementations Required Skills: You Will Have:B.A./B.S. or comparable experience 5+ years of applicable experience.Experience in Human Resource policies along with SAP HCM and other SAPTools and Technologies and best practices, including, but not limitedto, SAP ERP, Business Suite on HANA, ESS/MSS, SAP Fiori, and SAPSuccessFactors.
