We are looking for anenergetic, self-directed, and motivated individual to join ourTechnology Experience & Community group as a Senior LETS Specialist onour AV/IT field engineering team. This hands-on role involvesinstalling, configuring, repairing, and troubleshooting systems whileproviding advanced support for a wide range of AV/IT technology andservices. You will also advise management on emerging technologies, testand verify new solutions, and serve on multiple service or project teamsin various roles such as Subject Matter Expert or Technical Lead. Thisposition will interface with consultants, integrators, vendors, generalcontractors, trades, and other partners. Please note: This is an onsiteposition and may require occasional evening, weekend, and/or holidayhours. Requirements: 8+ years of progressively responsible experiencewith AV/IT technology in a support role. Bachelor's degree required;Masters preferred. (Work experience accepted in lieu of degree) Validdriver's license. Ability to lift moderately heavy equipment (up to 75pounds). AVIXA CTS or CTS-I certification(s) preferred. TechnicalQualifications: Crestron programming, troubleshooting, Simple, HTML5 DSPBiamp Configuration Dante Configuration & Setup Audio CommissioningAVoIP (Quality of Service) Virtual Control - VC4 (Programming, Loading,Setup, Linux) Install/Configure - Zoom/Teams Rooms AV Networking CableTermination RS-232 Familiarity with enterprise management software(e.g., Crestron XIO or Fusion) Working knowledge of digital signagesolutions (e.g., Appspace) Experience with ticketing systems (e.g.,ServiceNow) Programming or commissioning experience in professionalaudio/video integration preferred
