The Pardee School of Global Studies at Boston University invitesapplications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position inInternational and/or Human Development, beginning July 1, 2026. We areespecially interested in scholars whose work focuses not only ontraditional economic development themes, but also addresses outcomes inhealth, education, and freedom at the individual and group levels, andpays particular attention to issues of inequality. We welcomeapplications from scholars in any relevant discipline, includingeconomics, geography, political science, development studies, andinternational relations. We are open to all methodological approaches,however, the ability to teach quantitative methods is a plus. Candidateswho have demonstrated policy experience in addition to scholarlyqualifications are especially encouraged to apply.
