Serving as the representative of the brand, you will visit local merchants to increase acceptance awareness and collaborate with the business to resolve technical challenges and transition merchants toward accepting the card. What will you do? u2022Represent the client and maintain professional conduct at all times. u2022Make regular visits to local merchants to distribute information regarding acceptance, install signage, test terminals, and address any arising concerns. u2022Support merchants through the process of accepting a major credit card brand. u2022Resolve technical issues as required. u2022Build and nurture relationships with key clients. u2022 How will you succeed? u2022Willingness to travel between 30-45% of the time, including occasional overnight trips. u2022Ability to address challenges and influence outcomes. u2022Effective organization of priorities for efficient work. u2022Proficient use of Salesforce skills. What experience should you have? u2022Experience in the Merchant Services industry or related B2B sales u2022ISO processing background preferred. u2022Territory sales experience. u2022Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. u2022Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities. u2022Communication skills and the ability to influence others.
