About the role We are hiring a QA Automation Tester to create and maintain automated test suites for PBM web applications. This role requires experience with Selenium or Cypress , strong C# programming , and a solid understanding of OOP concepts In this role, you will: u00b7 Design, develop, and maintain automated UI test frameworks in C#. u00b7 Execute regression and functional test suits across environments. u00b7 Validate data integrity using SQL queries. u00b7 Maintain quality standards by collaborating with developers, analysts, and QA leads. u00b7 Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation. What you need to have to be considered u00b7 Strong programming skills in C# and understanding of OOP principles. u00b7 Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or similar UI automation tools. u00b7 Working knowledge of SQL for backend validation. u00b7 Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit. u00b7 Agile testing experience and participation in sprint-based QA activities. u00b7 Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools. u00b7 Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test management tools (e.g., ADO, Jira). u00b7 Strong problem-solving and test design abilities. u00b7 Familiarity with PBM, healthcare, or insurance data domains (preferred). Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until December 15th, 2025 The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 to 92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
