Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist L2 to support our government customer in Washington, DC. Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt. Koniag Government Solutions (KGS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist Level II to support the NIBIN Program's quality control and operational excellence. The Quality Assurance Specialist Level II will ensure quality standards and provide comprehensive support for NIBIN Program operations through various career progression levels. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Core Duties: + Perform quality assurance reviews + Support data entry operations + Monitor correlation processes + Track and verify leads + Generate program reports + Coordinate with partner sites + Maintain quality standards Quality Assurance Functions: + Implement QA procedures + Review process compliance + Ensure data accuracy + Document quality findings + Support process improvements + Maintain QA documentation + Coordinate with stakeholders Career Progression Levels: QAS II(a) - Entry Level: + Learn QA procedures + Support basic quality reviews + Develop program knowledge QAS II(b): + One year QA/NIBIN experience + Independent quality reviews + Partner site coordination QAS II(c): + More than one year QA experience + Advanced quality oversight + Program leadership capabilities Requirements: + Strong quality assurance focus + Excellence in customer relations + Advanced communication skills + Data analysis abilities + Team collaboration expertise + Administrative capabilities + Documentation proficiency + Problem-solving skills + Process improvement mindset + Technical understanding + Attention to detail + Leadership potential + Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt.
