Quality Control Inspector II Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to u2022 Inspect and validate hardware to conform to AeroAntenna Technologyu2022 s drawing or a given standard such as J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610 / IPC-A-600 / IPC6012 u2022 Review and maintain documentation u2022 Review receiving history u2022 Issue DMR as necessary u2022 Receive into AMS ( Aeroantenna Management System) u2022 Successful candidates will support the assembly of cutting-edge antennas. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS u2022 3-5 yearsu2022 experience u2022 AS9100/ISO9000 skill u2022 ESD knowledge/prevention skill u2022 Identify electronic components u2022 Perform First Article u2022 Inspect using hand measuring tools and or CMM/VMM and validate hardware components conform to AeroAntenna /Original Equipment Manufacturer drawings or a given reference standards. u2022 Familiar with referenced standards such as J-STD-001, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610 or IPC-6012. u2022 Receive into AMS ( Aeroantenna Management System) u2022 Release for next process. u2022 Demonstrated ability to deliver on time and work well as a team member in a team consisting of different design disciplines. u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
