Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing technical support for desktops, workstations, and related hardware, ensuring smooth operations across various systems. As a long-term contract position, this opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking stability and growth in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide technical assistance for desktop systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently. u2022 Manage and support Active Directory operations to maintain system security and functionality. u2022 Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and peripherals to ensure optimal performance. u2022 Perform imaging and deployment of Windows 10 systems across the organization. u2022 Conduct regular maintenance and updates for workstations to prevent potential disruptions. u2022 Collaborate with team members to address complex technical challenges and implement solutions. u2022 Document technical procedures and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team. u2022 Ensure compliance with security protocols and standards during all technical operations. u2022 Assist users with software installations and updates to maintain compatibility and productivity. u2022 Provide timely and effective communication to users regarding technical issues and resolutions. Requirements u2022 Proven experience working with PC desktops and workstations in a technical support role. u2022 Strong knowledge of Active Directory and related system operations. u2022 Expertise in desktop hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. u2022 Proficiency in imaging and deploying Windows 10 systems. u2022 Possession of certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ is highly desirable. u2022 Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and requirements is a plus. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team. u2022 Strong communication skills to effectively assist users and collaborate with team members.
