OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team in afast-paced Juice bar environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong backgroundin restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.As a Shift Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety standards aremet, and lead your team to provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests.Duties? Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with healthand safety regulations.? Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality andconsistency.? Utilize POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for cash handling and transactionprocessing.? Conduct inventory control to manage stock levels and minimize waste.? Train, develop, and mentor staff in food handling, customer service, andoperational procedures.? Assist with budgeting and financial management to achieve operational goals.? Foster a positive work environment through effective team management andleadership.? Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guestsatisfaction.? Oversee shift scheduling and manage labor costs effectively.Experience? Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management isessential; fine dining or casual dining experience is a plus.? Strong background in food service management with knowledge of food safetypractices.? Previous supervisory or leadership experience in the hospitality industry isrequired.? Familiarity with kitchen management, food production, catering, or banquetservices is advantageous.? Experience in training & development of staff members to enhance teamperformance.? Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressuresituations effectively.? Culinary experience or kitchen experience preferred; barista or juicer experienceis a bonus.
