JOB SUMMARY The Sr. CI/OT Specialist is responsible for developing effective relationships with business units, divisions, or groups of users. Ensures required IT/OT services are identified, developed, and supported to the satisfaction of the business unit/division. Designs, implements, maintains, and secures Operational Technology (OT) network and platform infrastructure within industrial control environments. Establishes and maintains service level agreements and is the main point of contact for all service issues. DKL Integration: In addition to general IT/OT support, this position is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and securing Operational Technology (OT) network and platform infrastructure within industrial control environments at DKL sites. The role ensures the reliability, stability, and security of OT systems, supports integration with IT networks, manages 3rd party support vendors, and upholds compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443, ISA-99). The specialist configures, installs, maintains, and upgrades computer systems hardware and software, and coordinates escalations with 3rd party resources and vendors. They collaborate with technology resources, leadership, and customers to develop solutions to business challenges that ensure the safe, compliant, and reliable operations of company assets. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE u00b7 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field (Required) u00b7 In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. u00b7 Six (6) or more yearsu2019 Experience in a related field (Required) u00b7 Three (3) years of experience in OT network engineering or management (Required) u00b7 Strong knowledge of industrial networking standards (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, MQTT), routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP), VLAN configuration, and Purdue model segmentation u00b7 Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance (NIST, IEC 62443, NERC CIP) u00b7 Proficiency in VMware ESXi, Microsoft HyperV, network monitoring tools, and disaster recovery planning u00b7 Experience with SCADA systems, virtual servers, and backup environments (Preferred) u00b7 Ability to manage and optimize OT wireless networks and virtual server infrastructure (Preferred) u00b7 Familiarity with process historians, report generation, and capacity planning (Preferred) u00b7 Experience in managing teams, projects, and operational incidents (Preferred) JOB REQUIREMENTS u00b7 Relationship Management u00b7 Communication u00b7 IT Architecture u00b7 Solution Delivery Methodology u00b7 Issue Management u00b7 Project Management u00b7 Business Acumen u00b7 Reporting u00b7 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, must be able to squat and stand repeatedly during workday, may need to help move equipment and work in small office spaces u00b7 Supports end user access to corporate hardware and software u00b7 Takes ownership of the issue from end to end from creation through the whole process and then through the resolution to ensure that issue has necessary follow through with end user u00b7 Escalates the ticket to the correct group if the incident cannot be resolved u00b7 Assists with compiling and presenting regular operational reports on top of identifying operational trends and determining corrective actions u00b7 Hardware management to include IT and OT systems at assigned site(s), ensuring system availability, backup, and disaster recovery u00b7 Administers IT and OT systems and acts as a key resource for execution of projects and operational initiatives u00b7 Develops and maintains both physical and logical OT network topologies u00b7 Manages routers, switches, wireless access points, LANs, WANs, and F5 BigIP Traffic Management systems u00b7 Manages 3rd party carriers and network service providers u00b7 Troubleshoots OT network issues and ensure network stability and reliability. Including Cellular, Satellite, Radio, and Terrestrial communications u00b7 Ensures proper installation and maintenance of OT cabinets, UPS systems, network cabling, fiber infrastructure, and environmental monitoring equipment u00b7 Provides ongoing 24/7/365 support for OT networks and systems u00b7 Performs OS patching, upgrades, and system backups u00b7 Manages Active Directory architecture and assist with user access u00b7 Collaborates with IT, SCADA, Operations, and Engineering teams to strengthen OT platforms and processes u00b7 Maintains detailed documentation of OT network setups, processes, and security protocols u00b7 Oversees development, implementation, and support of IT/OT systems, manage vendor support and participate in project planning for OT system upgrades and capital projects u00b7 Leads operational incidents and maintenance activities u00b7 Implements and maintains cybersecurity controls, incident response protocols, ensure compliance with cybersecurity industry standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443, ISA-99) and participate in audits u00b7 Provides strategic input into OT network architecture roadmaps and long-term planning to improve system reliability, scalability, and security u00b7 Provides support across multiple sites requiring periodic travel to remote locations. u00b7 While this job description aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the role, it may not detail every task or responsibility required.
