What You'll Do: CHA is an innovative, full-service engineering, design, consulting, and program/construction management firm providing a wide range of technology-enhanced design and planning services to public, private and institutional clients within seven major markets: Commercial, Education, Government, Industry, Transportation, Utility and Water Resources. CHA Architects combine creativity and discipline to execute diverse architectural assignments. They collaborate as part of a team with a licensed Architect to turn specific, detailed tasks into real world planning and design. Our Architects bring with them an ability to work from the designs of others, a familiarity with planning and design, and u2013 most importantly u2013 a sense of curiosity for what is possible. Quite simply, wanted: a passion and know-how for improving our world through great work. Join us. What You Bring: + Bacheloru2019s degree in Architecture is required; Masteru2019s degree preferred. + No prior experience required; however, applicable coursework and internships/cooperative learning preferred. + Microsoft Office experience required. + Sketchup, Photoshop and PowerPoint skills preferred. + Understanding of the preparation of construction documents, building systems, engineering systems coordination. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
