CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking aStructural Engineering Leader u2013 Northeast Regionto join ourArchitecture & Structures TeaminAlbany, NY; Syracuse, NY; Bethlehem, PA; or Boston, this pivotal role, youu2019ll guide multidisciplinary teams and project managers, influence the design and delivery of impactful buildings and infrastructure, and help foster a culture of innovation, sustainability, and technical mastery. What You'll Do: + Lead and inspire a talented group of professionals, keeping a pulse on team morale and engagement + Oversee staffing levels, resource allocation, and operational activities to ensure optimal team performance + Develop and mentor staff to deliver high-quality architectural and structural projectsu2014on time and within budget + Directly manage projects of varying size and scope, from planning and proposal development to closeout and client satisfaction + Monitor financial performance, recommend improvements, and drive business practice targets + Communicate regularly with leadership and staff, sharing key wins, recognition, and performance updates + Champion quality control, risk management, and project audits to ensure technical excellence What You Bring: + Bacheloru2019s degree in Structural Engineering required; Masteru2019s degree preferred + Minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience required, with project management and technical leadership experience + Professional Engineer (PE) license required + Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practices + Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) + Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws + Proven success as a leaderu2014strategic, technically astute, and client-focused + Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive and articulate in all settings + Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred + Ability to inspire, motivate, and build relationships across the company + Strong experience with project budgeting and financial oversight Why You'll Love It Here: + Lead and design projects that transform communities + Collaborate with experienced professionals and accelerate your growth from day one in a culture that values innovation, advocacy, and project excellence + Enjoy a flexible work environment with opportunities for travel and professional development Curious about the impactful work our Architecture & Structures team is doing? Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
