Job Summary Data Center Construction - Electrical Project Manager Are you ready for your next challenge as a Project Manager within the Data Center Construction industry? In this role, you will lead a team to manage the construction of Data Centers. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee project management, estimating, billing, collections and team development. Essential Duties & Responsibilities u25cf Compliance with company, client, and project policies u25cf Job site safety and adherence to company national policies u25cf Generate estimates, review project proposals u25cf Establish project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation u25cf Supervise project execution to meet design, budget, and schedule requirements u25cf Collaborate with the customer to clarify and meet expectations before, during, and after project completion u25cf Work directly with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery u25cf Lead efforts for billing early and collecting often u25cf Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues u25cf Develop and maintain strong client and employee relationships u25cf Assist leadership in the planning of future labor/material needs of the project u25cf Provide consistent reports and updates to senior management u25cf Forecast financial direction to course correct as needed u25cf Develop project scopes and budgets u25cf Manage RFPs and Change Management Forms u25cf Mentor subordinates to support their development Qualifications _REQUIRED_ u25cf 3+ years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience u25cf 1+ years building large scale, complex IT/Telecommunications Infrastructure projects, including Data Centers installations u25cf Experience with Data Center electrical distribution systems, cabling, and white space fit-out u25cf Experience with retrofits in operational facilities and cross-discipline critical facility systems u25cf Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems u25cf Ability to work calmly under deadlines and external pressure u25cf Effective scheduling and delegation to accomplish tasks on time u25cf Commitment to continuous improvement of communication, organization and leadership skills u25cf Tactful conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities u25cf Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
