You are the right candidate if... + You enjoy having a mission-focused, solving complex problems at scale, and working closely with stakeholders to improve the customer experience continually. + You enjoy an iterative, MVP-first team that collaborates well and is sensitive to customer needs. What You'll Do: + Create and maintain REST APIs (Java/Spring), customer-facing dashboards (React), and the infrastructure (AWS) that powers it all. + Lead solutions from start to finish, collaborating across teams to iteratively ship value. + Work with a team of developers with experience with distributed services and full-stack systems. + Mentor junior developers, conduct productive code reviews, and maintain collaboratively-defined standards across the team as you create products. + Work closely with product managers to create solutions that deliver the power to communicate. + Enjoy full end-to-end ownership of your services, from design to operations and monitoring in production.
