Consider joining us Job Summary: Coordinate recruitment, training, supervision, and recognition of volunteers for LSS Refugee Services, including both metro and out-state programs. Create and lead a new family reunification program that will double the number of refugees LSS resettles in the next five years. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in social service field or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years related experience Good public speaking skills and/or experience making presentations Experience in developing and implementing trainings preferred In-depth understanding of policies that affect refugees and resettlement organizations In-depth knowledge of the family reunification process Writing, communication and problem-solving skills Ability to develop reports & correspondence of professional quality Decisions made will require good judgment, discretion, and initiative Be culturally sensitive and able to interact with a variety of people Driver's license and access to a vehicle Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
