Job Description Job Title: Regional Manager Reports To: Ownership u00a0 Anytime Fitness is seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and personable Regional Manager with a passion for helping others and improving their lives through health and fitness. The Regional Manager will lead Club Managers and District Managers in driving membership and personal training sales growth, train and develop the leadership at the club level, and work closely with senior management to meet company objectives. If that sounds like you, weu2019d love to have you on our team Essential Duties, Responsibilities, & Expectations: u2022 Drive membership andu00a0training sales. u2022 Communicate and implement marketing campaigns as set forth by the Ownership. u2022 Community outreach and involvement. u2022 Management of customer interactions through a variety of social media platforms. u2022 Lead and train team members on company best practices. u2022 Review and Analyze club reports and data to improve decision making and identify trends. u2022 Review Profit & Loss and communicate areas of improvement for profitability. u2022 Communicate company goals and hold team members accountable. u2022 Ensure club cleanliness and service standards are exceptional. u2022 Team building through strong leadership and development. u2022 Oversee hiring process to ensure candidates meet the companyu2019s needs and objectives. u2022 Provide top of the line customer service to members, clients, and fellow employees. Travel Demands: Up to 10% Annually. Travel expenses covered by the company. Regional Managers are required to travel to clubs that they oversee weekly. Physical Demands: A Regional Manager spends much of the day in their clubs and on their feet. Must be able to lift to 50 pounds. Business days are Monday through Friday. Some Evenings and Saturdays may be required. Education & Experience Requirements: Fitness experience required Personal Training Certification u2022 High school diploma or equivalent. u2022 Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to prioritize decisions based on club and company needs. u2022 Proven ability to lead a team. u2022 Innovative problem-solver with the ability to increase productivity. u2022 Knowledge of multiple PC software packages such as MSOffice suite. u2022 Knowledge of iOS software on iPad. u2022 Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. u2022 Strong project management background. u2022 Fitness sales experience required. u2022 Ability to multi-task and prioritize. u2022 CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred but not required.
