Overview Navitus Health Solutions isseeking an Privacy Analyst II to join our Compliance team The AnalystII, Compliance position is responsible for organizing aspects of theNavitus and Lumicera Corporate Compliance and HIPAA Privacy Programs. Inaddition, the Analyst II is responsible for performing regularlyscheduled policy, risk assessment and documentation reviews to ensureadherence with HIPAA Privacy and other regulatory compliance areas. TheAnalyst II will coordinate breach and disclosure assessment, HHS OCRreporting, tracking and client reporting. The Analyst will remaincurrent on HIPAA Privacy and regulatory compliance environment changesdirectly or indirectly impacting Navitus or Lumicera. The Analyst IIwill also assist the Senior Manager, Compliance and SIU with dutiesrelated to privacy, compliance committee, metrics calculation andreporting of results. The Analyst II works closely with the RegulatoryAffairs, SIU, IT and all key functional departments to ensure andmeasure the quality and integrity of work product and eliminate/reducere-work. The Analyst II will assist with FWA activities, as needed. Inaddition, the Analyst II has responsibility for supporting and preparingdocumentation for compliance-related audits and identifying issuesadversely impacting the respective process.
