JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description YOUR ROLE: As a Product Discovery &Adoption Partner, you'll serve as a bridge between science andstrategy. You'll partner with Promega's R&D scientists to identifyunmet needs in molecular and cellular biology, co-create solutions, andguide early adoption in the field. You'll use both scientificunderstanding and data-driven insights-applying machine learning and AIanalytics to uncover patterns, predict adoption, and sharpen opportunityfocus. Your work will help translate scientific potential into productsthat accelerate discovery and advance our customers' missions. YOUREXPERIENCE: You bring deep experience in molecular or cellular biologyand understand the workflows, tools, and questions driving researchtoday. You enjoy connecting the dots between the bench, the market, andthe business case-and you're comfortable blending intuition withevidence. You've likely worked in product development, translationalscience, or a research setting where innovation meets application. JOB OBJECTIVE: The Product Discovery & Adoption Partner(PD&A) serves as a co-inventor and entrepreneurial counterpart to R&D,responsible for translating mission-critical unmet customer needs intoproduct development and adoption strategies. PD&As bridge scientificdiscovery with commercial realization, ensuring Promega innovationsadvance customer breakthroughs while achieving the desired businessimpact. CORE DUTIES: 1. Innovation Discovery & Customer Insight Actively identify, characterize, and validate specific customerarchetypes and mission-limiting unmet needs across Promega's customerbase (academic scientists, clinicians, diagnostic labs, pharma/biotech,CROs).
