The Strategic Enablement Partner is a senior-levelprofessional responsible for planning, prioritizing, and executing keyinitiatives that support enterprise analytics objectives. This roleprovides data and analytics expertise to drive decision-making andprocess improvements, while ensuring stakeholders are informed andaligned. The position requires minimal supervision and serves as aresource to others across the organization. Perform other duties asassigned. Key Accountabilities Plan and execute initiatives aligned withbusiness priorities Provide healthcare analytics and data expertise tosupport process development Collaborate closely with EnterpriseAnalytics leadership to create stable and improved processes Partnerwith the business to ensure full understanding of the impact of changesand secure stakeholder buy-in and readiness Influence teams byrecommending new projects or work procedures Apply professionalprinciples to contribute to team objectives Modify job practices andprocesses to improve outcomes Maintain a consistent work schedule Thesuccessful candidate will demonstrate full proficiency in theirprofessional field and contribute meaningfully to team objectives. Theywill be capable of making moderate decisions within their scope,recommending improvements, and influencing outcomes. This individualwill be a collaborative team member who thrives in a dynamic environmentand is committed to delivering measurable results. RequiredQualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relatedfield 5 years of work experience beyond the degree PreferredQualifications Master's degree (MA or MS) 5+ years of experience in thehealthcare industry Experience in healthcare analytics General knowledgeof business analyst tools (e.g., process documentation, requirementsgathering, implementation planning) Business Analyst ProfessionalCertification (preferred) Project Management Professional Certification(preferred) Lean/Six Sigma Belt Certification (preferred) Skills andAbilities Proven experience in project management or business analysisStrong problem-solving skills with a track record of managingcomplex...
