Project Manager II Areyou ready to take your project management career to the next level?We're looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager II tojoin our growing team and lead multiple clinical projects in afast-paced, client-focused environment. This is a dynamic opportunityfor a driven professional with a background in life sciences or thepharmaceutical industry who thrives on cross-functional collaboration,client satisfaction, and delivering results on complex projects. As aProject Manager II, you'll oversee clinical projects from initiation tocloseout, ensuring that they're delivered on time, within scope, andaligned with company goals. You'll manage primarily Tier II and TierIII projects and play a key role in maintaining strong relationshipswith clients across North American sites. Your responsibilities willinclude: Leading multidisciplinary project teams and serving as the keyliaison between clients and internal stakeholders Planning and launchingsuccessful project kick-offs, including facilitating technical transfersManaging and maintaining detailed project timelines, documentation, andscope requirements Ensuring timely procurement of equipment andmaterials Coordinating internal and external communications to ensureall project updates, risks, and changes are clearly conveyed Addressingand escalating client issues as needed to ensure satisfaction andproject alignment Supporting internal initiatives and mentoring juniorteam members when applicable Reviewing and maintaining essential projectdocumentation (MCPs, batch records, validation protocols, etc.)Overseeing the shipment and tracking of samples and results acrossdepartments Working flexibly to support key project milestones-evenbeyond standard hours when needed What You Bring 4-6 years of projectmanagement experience (pharma or medical device experience preferred)Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences focus strongly preferred) Strongtechnical knowledge of clinical manufacturing, with experience infill/finish and lyophilization a big plus Proficiency in projectmanagement tools: Microsoft...
