University of Rochester: Office of the Provost: University of Rochester Medical Center: School of Medicine and Dentistry: Medicine: Medicine: Gastroenterology/Hepatology Salary Range or Pay Grade $328,000 to $445,591 a year Description The Department of Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology is seeking a new faculty member with interest in General Hepatology. Candidates with a special interest and/or expertise in general hepatology, general endoscopy/colonoscopy and digestive health are welcome to apply. The division is the regionu2019s leading tertiary/quaternary level academic GI & hepatology practice with an excellent national reputation, including u201chigh-performing status granted by US News and World Report. The Division enjoys a large robust regional referral practice in hepatology and gastroenterology sub-specialties with investments in industry-leading endoscopic technology and excellent facilities, support and infrastructure. Candidates should have a strong commitment to patient care and teaching. Various clinical research opportunities are available through a well-staffed clinical trials section within the division. Academic rank and salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. The positions offer highly competitive academic institutions.
