Jordan Health is now seeking aRetention Specialistwho, under the guidance of the Director of Quality Assurance, is primarily responsible for providing action and ideas in the development of strategies to increase unique active patients. Requirements TheRetention Specialistwill ensure to: u00b7 Create systems that reach out to roster patients from our payer groups as well as patients whom have not accessed care at Jordan for greater than 12 months. u00b7 Creates work flows, analyzes data, and communicates with payers around rosters of Jordan patients. u00b7 Facilitates the organizationu2019s outreach to new patients to reduce barriers to first appointment, improves in-reach to patients whom have not been to a provider visit in greater than 12 months. u00b7 Collaborates with Quality team members and practice managers to create and implement tools, processes, and systems to optimize clinical quality, patient safety and care management. Education And Experience Required: u00b7 Associateu2019s Degree or working on the degree. u00b7 Combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered. u00b7 High level of work knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Office suite of software, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Access a plus. u00b7 High level of work knowledge and understanding of eClinical Works or other electronic health record EHR. u00b7 Experience with other electronic reporting tools such as BridgetIT, Phytel, i2i. u00b7 Healthcare background, experience and performance that promotes a high level of credibility with clinical professionals. Licenses And Certifications: u00b7 None Required. Special Skills, Knowledge Required: u00b7 Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated, directed and change oriented. u00b7 Good analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to effectively prioritize and execute task under pressure. u00b7 Able to work, contribute to flourish in a team centric, collaborative environment.
