TheGlobal Capability Manager for Infrastructure Managed Services will drivethe global business strategy, top-line performance and globalprofitability for the Infrastructure Managed Services offers includingIndustrial Data Centers and Managed Services, VersaVirtual Appliance andManaged Services, Managed Secure Remote Access, and Firewall ManagedServices. Your Responsibilities: Responsible for the profitable globalrevenue growth of the Infrastructure Managed Services offers Lead theInfrastructure Managed Services product management team to set thestrategic vision and strategy for new offer development and existingoffer improvement using market data, voice of customer, competitiveassessments, and feedback from internal stakeholders such as Sales,Delivery and Customer Success. Development and communication of asimple, clear, and consistent Infrastructure Managed Services roadmap.Partner with global peers in offices such as the Project ManagementOffice, Service Capability Managers, Engineering, Cyber ProfessionalServices and Managed and Support Services, and Functional leaders toexecute a disciplined service development, release and improvementprocess. Collaborate with Global Sales and Marketing partners and theChannel to create consistent launch material, generate clear marketingand sales collateral and enablement, and support customer opportunitiesand engagements as needed to drive the growth of the business.Collaborate with regional delivery leaders to understand and resolveoperational challenges that may hinder portfolio and deliveryexcellence.
