JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: As an Education ProgramCoordinator II in Academic Affairs you will work collaboratively, underthe direction of the Phase 3 Lead Coordinator and Phase 3 facultyleaders to support consistency and common practices in IntegratedScience Selective (ISS) and Acting Internship (AI) courses. Collaboratewith Department Coordinators and MCWfusion Phase 3 faculty to facilitatethe achievement of the Phase 3 and MCWfusion Curriculum goals. PrimaryFunctions Collaborate with ISS Course Directors and coordinators tosupport implementation of common curricular processes and offerings.Collaborate with AI Course Directors and coordinators to supportimplementation of common curricular processes and offerings. Collaboratewith the Preparing for Residency (PFR) course team to help organizevirtual and in person course sessions, assessment opportunities, andcourse related special events. Collaborate to maintain Phase 3implementation timeline including tracking deadlines for programdeliverables. Assist in the development of Phase 3 materials includingcommon educational materials, essential documents, and processdocumentation. Maintain comprehensive databases and files related toPhase 3. Assist in tracking student progression through the Phase 3curriculum. Support the scheduling and running of student remediationplans. Collaborate with regional campus staff to ensure comparabilityacross Phase 3 experiences. Maintain Phase 3 Track Cards and work withCurriculum Technology Specialist to facilitate semester rolloverprocess. Participate on appropriate committees relevant to Phase 3courses. Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.Troubleshoot problems and advocate for medical students as needed.Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of technical, business,consultation, project management, and cultural awareness.Customer focus,building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencingskills. #LI-SN1 Preferred Schedule: M-F 8-5 Position Requirements:Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis MinimumRequired Education: Bachelor's Degree in education, business or relatedfield Minimum Required Experience: 3 years of related experiencePreferred Education: Master's in Education, Business/Management orrelated field Preferred Experience: Program Teaching or EducationalManagement, Instructional Design, supervision of others Field: ProgramCoordination or Management, Education, Higher Education, MedicalEducation Why MCW?
