JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: In the role of BusinessOperations Coordinator Sr, you will be working in the Medical CollegePhysicians Administration. You will function as a key coordinator fordepartment administrative operations involving space, facilities,administrative resources, and special projects. This role will alsocoordinate functions of the department to support operational objectivesand strategic initiatives, consistent with MCW policies and procedures.Additionally, you will foster consistency in practices and adherence toMCW policy throughout the department. Hybrid Work Arrangement: 60%Onsite & 40% Remote Responsibilities: Responsible for the coordinationand implementation of department administrative operations involvingspace, facilities, administrative resources, and operations. Assist inthe development of Departmental policy and procedure statements andimplement approved changes to assure compliance with institutionalpolicies. Oversee the daily operations of administrative support staff.Conduct and participate in team meetings to establish, improve, ormaintain appropriate internal and external communication. Supervisestaff, assist Director in recruiting position vacancies and conductsstaff performance evaluations for direct reports. Review quality,accuracy, and timeliness of work for direct reports. Develop trainingstrategies and best practices to improve administrative support staffperformance. Identifies, enhances, and follows specific processes andprocedures to maximize the efficiencies of the MCP Administrative team.Ensures correct functioning of facilities, office and/or businesssupport services. Develops and prepares budgets for MCP Administration.Creates and manages monthly budget reports for the department. Developsand maintains a contract management system for the practice. Partnerwith MCW Legal to ensure accuracy of active contracts. Coordinatesdepartment operations and allocates people, material, and financialresources to ensure operational efficiency. Manages office services andoperations including preparing reports, analysis, and other businessservices. Carry out special projects on behalf of Department leadership.Collaborate with MCW Central Services to implement administrative andprogrammatic functions in support of the Departments' strategic andoperational objectives while maintaining alignment with institution-wideinitiatives.
