We are seekingdedicated individuals to fill the role of Client Care Coordinator withinour West Allis Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. As our Client CareCoordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all clients aresatisfied with their services and that all of their treatment needs havebeen met. This position works with clients from their first referralthrough their first session with a clinician in our PSG clinics. This isa unique opportunity to work for an organization that is dedicated tohelping individuals and families achieve their greatest potentialthrough dynamic and innovative programming. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THECLIENT CARE COORDINATOR: Enter all new client information into ourelectronic health record accurately Use systems to verify activeinsurance and related information Take all incoming referrals for newclients and respond within 24 hours Schedule client's first appointmentwith urgency Follow up with referral sources regarding the appointmentstatus Communicate with client in regard to what they should expect,what items to bring to their first appointment, etc. SCHEDULE ANDLOCATION: This position will be part-time and onsite at our West AllisClinic. 24 hours per week, Wednesday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
