JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Senior Finance Manager, North America will serveas a strategic partner to the Senior Finance Director and North Americaleadership, including both Operational and Commercial teams. Thispivotal leadership role is integral to driving financial performance andstrategic decision-making across the North America business unit. Theideal candidate will demonstrate strong cross-functional collaborationskills, delivering insightful analyses and actionable recommendationsthat influence key stakeholders. Additionally, this role includesindirect oversight of all North America plant controllership functions,ensuring alignment with broader financial goals and operationalexcellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with the North AmericanLeadership team to provide strategic financial direction for thebusiness, including pricing, staffing, inventory, and other criticalbusiness drivers Partner with the North American Leadership team todeliver reporting and results for business unit to total division andsegment stakeholders. Support North American Operational and Commercialleadership as a business partner to identify root cause and drivecountermeasure activity and accountability throughout the business.Responsible for all accounting and FP&A functions within the NA businessincluding daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / & annual close andforecast. Consolidate forecasts and analyze trends in manufacturing,sales, finance, general business conditions, profitability and otherrelated areas. Conceptualize, design and iteratively build data-drivenanalytical models. Lead and develop North American finance organizationincluding site finance leadership and local accounting / analystsConduct analyses and reporting including monthly financial analysis,reforecasting, variance analysis, and graphical summaries of financialperformance. Provide key analyses and recommendations on strategic andother executive projects. Provide ad-hoc reports for decision making andbusiness assessments at a glance. Routinely and proactively conductdetailed financial analysis (minimize surprises). Report on root causes,remediation plans, and updated status. Drive consistency and continuousimprovements in processes, and financial tools across the businessPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accountingor Finance. Minimum of 8 years of relevant and progressiveaccounting/finance experience including financial leadership, publicaccounting and/or manufacturing experience with consolidations, audits,financial reporting, and public company finances. Previous experience ina manufacturing environment with multi-site responsibility preferred.Ability to identify process or reporting irregularities andcollaboratively work to influence and make...
