For more information, please visitWhat We DoSearch public records and examinetitles to determine legal condition of primarily commercial orindustrial property title. Copy or summarize recorded documents whichaffect the condition of title to the property. Works independently anduses experience to examine title to real property, ranging incomplexity, to determine status and establish chain of title. Buildsbase of experience with different types of property. Projects undertakencan range from simple parcels requiring a few hours of production timeto commercial properties that may take days or even weeks to complete.HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE Performs title examination and examines the chainof title for a wide range of title orders, primarily commercialAbstracts and analyzes records, such as leases, subleases, liens,judgments, easements, vital statistics, and plot and map books.Determines ownership and legal restrictions to verify legal descriptionof property and completeness of records that may cross county lines.Background in searching county records utilizing Laredo, Tapestry,Landshark etc. preferred Resolves most issues such as missinginformation, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory informationcontained in the title documentation Prepares initial title commitmentdocumentation based on the application of procedural guidelines Preparesand reviews reports for accuracy May provide underwriting interpretationwithin established guidelines Other duties as assigned WHAT YOU'LLBRING Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure HighSchool Diploma or equivalent 3+ years directly related...
