JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARY This is an on-site hybrid role basedout of Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI Regal Rexnord is seeking a SupplyChain Specialist - Systems Integration to join the Sourcing Center ofExcellence (COE) team in a hybrid, on-site role based in Rosemont, IL orMilwaukee, WI. This newly created position focuses on integratingsourcing and supplier management systems, driving processstandardization, and enhancing operational efficiency. The analyst willcollaborate with global supply chain teams, IT, and corporate leadershipto develop and implement strategic plans, support enterprise-wideperformance goals, and establish best-in-class procurement processes andpolicies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to Regal Rexnord'senterprise-wide sourcing and supply chain transformation initiatives,supporting an annual spend of ~$3.2B through data-driven insights andprocess optimization. Develop and manage project plans and timelines tosuccessfully deploy new supply chain technologies across theorganization. Design, implement, and maintain governance framework,policies, and templates for procurement tools such as iBuy, iSupplier,spend analytics platforms, and other emerging technologies to enhancesourcing effectiveness and maturity. Ensure the ongoing maintenance andoptimization of supplier performance management systems, strategicsourcing platforms, and spend management tools. Partner with internalstakeholders to assess business requirements, promote processconsistency, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Stay abreast ofadvancements in procurement and supply chain technologies to inform andsupport innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Foster aculture of continuous improvement, transparency and performance. Take onother responsibilities as assigned to support Supply Chain's strategicgoals. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in SupplyChain Management, Operations Management, Engineering Demonstratedexperience with supply chain systems implementation and policydocumentation Experience with DOMO Business Intelligence Instances andMicrosoft 0365 applications is a plus Minimum 3 years in Supply Chainrole Detail oriented and ability to be precise Proficient in MS ExcelWorking knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools Demonstratedexperience with supply chain systems implementation and policydocumentation Capable of working independently, managing multipleprojects simultaneously, performing effectively under pressure andstrict deadlines, and prioritizing tasks as required Ability to supportmultifaced business requirements established by each fortable working in a results-oriented environment with broad base ofbusiness requirements Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent...
