How you'll create opportunities in this Tax role:Consult with clients on business processes such as succession and taxplanning. Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements. Developand train team members to help them build inspired careers. Foster andbuild opportunities for our clients, communities, and people. Become anindustry professional and attend industry-leading events and trainings.Perform a range of tax procedures in accordance with the size andcomplexity of the engagement. Review complex individual and corporatetax returns. What you will need: You have a minimum of 6 years ofexperience serving in a tax role with a public accounting firm. You havea bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA isrequired. JD or EA may be accepted in place of CPA certification. Deepunderstanding of tax issues affecting banks, insurance companies,investment funds, and specialty finance entities. Strong technicalknowledge of ASC 740, partnership taxation, REITs, and financialinstruments. Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration andcareer growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as aninvestment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience,education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within therange.
