Thisdedication has led private equity firms and corporations around theworld to rely on us to provide the strategic funding necessary tosupport leveraged transactions and capital investments. An InvestmentAnalyst with Northwestern Mutual Capital evaluates direct private equityand debt investment opportunities across a broad range of industries.The analyst works alongside senior deal team members to assist in allaspects of the transaction, including analyzing, modeling, andmonitoring investments. The role offers a diversified exposure toprivate equity and fixed income investing, and analysts are heavilyinvolved in the development of cash flow models, investment theses, andvarious risk analyses. As analysts develop in the role, they areexpected to take on more responsibility within the organization bycoordinating and communicating directly with corporate executives andpresenting investment opportunities directly to the senior members ofNorthwestern Mutual Capital.
