Yourresponsibilities The Field Supervisor performs supervisory functions forthe tkIS location in Milwaukee, WI. The position involves theorganizing, directing, evaluating, and controlling of field repairactivities in accordance with company and customer expectations, plans,specifications, schedules, and budget. Essential Duties &Responsibilities: Supervise Field Mechanic/Welding personnel performingField Repair work. Ensure workplace safety standards are teract and work closely with customers, contractors, engineers, andproject managers to achieve customer expectations and goals. Performworkplace inspections. Plan and coordinate the daily scope of work andduring service projects. Provide detailed instructions to Field supportpersonnel including equipment and supplies required for upcoming FieldRepair projects. Coordinate and schedule services required for FieldRepair projects (for example, crane services, rental equipment, weldingconsumables and gasses). Work overtime and weekends as required byproject schedules. Demonstrate a commitment to safety.
