The QA Analyst will become a SME (Subject Matter Expert) onall Keycentrix software products.Job Responsibilities:- Participate in engineering team meetings to shape requirements and functional design```{=html}```- Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test cases for new features and defect fixes```{=html}```- Plan and perform regression testing to ensure product stability```{=html}```- Analyze risk areas and proactively identify potential issues or oversights with functional or technical behavior```{=html}```- Troubleshoot escalated production issues ensuring minimal disruption for users```{=html}```- Record test case executions including recordings for automation purposes```{=html}```- Participate in peer reviews of test cases and test case performance, both as a reviewer and a reviewee```{=html}```- Contribute to team meetings, knowledge sharing sessions, and ongoing process improvements```{=html}```- Maintain accurate time tracking and thorough documentation of testing outcomes and decisions```{=html}```- Uphold HIPAA compliance and demonstrate ethical behavior, be respectful, prompt to work and meetings, and deliver tasks in a timely manner- Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft SQL server```{=html}```- Experience with software testing, including both UI and database testing```{=html}```- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail```{=html}```- Excellent written and verbal communication skills```{=html}```- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team```{=html}```- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative based on standard procedures```{=html}```- Handles and independently solves broad and sometimes complex issues```{=html}```- Capable of reviewing requirements and translating them into actionable test cases```{=html}```- Pharmacy experience desireable```{=html}```- IT or networking skills desireableEducation or Certifications: (Specify education or cert required orpreferred)- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, but not requiredPhysical/Mental Requirements:- Ability to communicate effectively```{=html}```- High level of alertness, concentration, accuracy, and time-management```{=html}```- Able to maintain a stationary position for prolonged periodsKeycentrix is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminateagainst employees or applicants based on race, color, religion,sex/gender, national origin, disability, age, or any other categoryprotected by law.
