Expert knowledge of website contentmanagement systems, SEO, website and campaign analytics, and AdobeCreative Suite. Must have excellent oral and written skills. Experiencein business and communications writing and editing. Presentation andpublic speaking experience. Must have sufficient competence to earn andmaintain the respect and confidence of professionals within theorganization and outside. Available to work flexible hours, includingsome evenings and weekends. Some overnight travel may be necessary.JOB PROFICIENCIES: Direct and actively carry out all Marketingactivities including internal and external communications and brandingefforts in an effective and efficient manner. Provide guidance,recommendations, and leadership to the Communications team, as well asother Goodwill departments and retail stores. Mentoring and talentdevelopment. Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns,determine ROI, and take decisive action and make necessaryrecommendations to ensure our department is a good steward of theorganizations resources. Serves as media contact.
