Bombardieru2019s Benefits Program With our employeesu2019 well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following: + Insurance plans _(Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more)_ + Competitive base salary + Retirement savings plan + Employee Assistance Program + Tele Health Program What are your contributions to the team? u2022 Support U.S. DoD and Global Defense supply chain proposal activities, including developing and reviewing procurement strategies for bids and contracts. u2022 Ensure compliance with DoD and Global Defense regulations, including preparing for Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR) and building compliant Purchase Order (PO) packages. u2022 Advise and mentor the procurement team on best practices for defense-related sourcing, subcontracting, and risk management. u2022 Serve as the primary liaison between procurement and cross-functional teams, including legal, program office, engineering, and proposal teams, to align on requirements and resolve issues. u2022 Manage supply chain subcontracting processes, including negotiating Terms and Conditions (Tu2019s & Cu2019s) and Statements of Work (SOWu2019s). u2022 Monitor and mitigate supply chain risks in defense projects, ensuring adherence to federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and defense federal acquisition regulation supplement (DFARS). u2022 Contribute to process improvements, training programs, and documentation to build DoD expertise within the team. u2022 Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in aerospace and defense procurement. How to thrive in this role? u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPCM, or DAWIA Level II/III) preferred. u2022 7-10+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years focused on U.S. DoD supply chain and compliance in aerospace or defense sectors. u2022 Proven expertise in DoD proposal support, CPSR readiness, and creating compliant PO packages. u2022 Strong knowledge of supply chain subcontracting, including Tu2019s & Cu2019s, SOWu2019s, and vendor management. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for advising teams and liaising with stakeholders. u2022 Familiarity with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and other relevant defense regulations. u2022 Ability to work independently in a small team environment while handling multiple priorities. u2022 Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, contract management platforms). u2022 Experience as a prime or subcontractor in DoD projects. u2022 Background in global defense supply chains beyond the U.S. u2022 Analytical mindset with a track record of process optimization. u2022 You have knowledge / experience as a Supply Chain representative supporting Global Defense / DoD proposals. u2022 You are familiar with the U.S. DoD acquisition process, including RFP structures, flow-downs, and compliance standards. u2022 You are familiar with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). u2022 You have experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry or a government contracting environment. u2022 You have knowledge of ITAR/EAR regulations, Cybersecurity compliance (CMMC), and supply chain security principles. u2022 You have an understanding of cost estimating, supplier negotiations, and BOE development in a defense context. u2022 You have experience with proposal pricing tools (e.g., ProPricer) and reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI).
