RESPONSIBILITIES As our Digital and E-Commerce Analyst, LATAM Distributor Markets, you are responsible for implementing strategy, driving execution, and ensuring optimization as defined by the Digital and E-Commerce Lead. You will directly support the LATAM Distributor Market Digital and E-Commerce Lead in accelerating Cotyu2019s e-commerce presence, ensuring flawless product launches, optimizing distributor platforms, and driving commercial growth through actionable insights and operational excellence. Your main focus: + Support strategy: Partner with Digital and E-Commerce Lead to deploy initiatives, identify optimization opportunities, and drive commercial impact. + Execute launches: Coordinate product deployments, monitor PDP performance, and conduct site audits for accuracy and compliance. + Analyze performance: Use data tools to surface trends, generate insights, and recommend actions that enhance conversion. + Share best practices: Aggregate market learnings, curate insights, and identify whitespace opportunities to strengthen brand visibility. + Coordinate operations: Maintain trackers, agendas, and ensure timely communication across multiple markets and stakeholders. + Create recaps: Develop PowerPoint presentations summarizing executed work across markets, highlighting key outcomes, insights, and next steps. You will report directly to the LATAM Distributor Market Digital and E-Commerce Lead, collaborating across multiple markets to accelerate Cotyu2019s digital growth. QUALIFICATIONS Weu2019d love to see candidates who have: Essential: + Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field + 3+ years of experience in digital, e-commerce, or marketing roles + Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) + Strong organizational and prioritization skills + Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and PowerPoint (storytelling/presentations) Desirable: + Experience in prestige/luxury or mass beauty brands, ideally Fragrance and Makeup + Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies + Autonomous, decisive, and strategic thinker OUR BENEFITS As our Digital and E-Commerce Analyst, LATAM Distributor Markets, this is unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
