Overview SSM Health Physical Therapy On-Site _Hazelwood, MO_ Physical Therapist (PT) Full Time SSM Health Physical therapy is seeking a dynamic physical therapist to primarily work on-site between two locations treating employees with acute orthopedic injuries at their worksite. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and passionate clinician who has the dedication to ensure that these patients are seen in a timely manner and be able to coordinate care with the on-site medical team. The physical therapist will also have the opportunity to deliver on-site injury prevention services as well as have the flexibility to see patients at nearby traditional outpatient clinics when the on-site caseload census is variable.
