Your familiarity in working with general contractors and effectively managing resources will lead to further success for yourself and the team. You willbring2+years ofrelevantconstruction expertise as well as supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce to our KONE familyand an appetite for learning an exciting and new field.You will usethe knowledgegained when obtaining yourassociatedegree in a related field or additional years of experience. Annual Base Pay Range: The hiring range for this role is $96,400 u2013 $132,500. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
