Maintain safety and security protocols by monitoring all general access areas.Through regular interactions with patrons and individuals in the neighborhood that are grounded in Trauma Informed Approach and Motivational Interviewing practices, this position is responsible for providing referrals and resources to relevant shelter and community-based services.Develop rapport with patrons to cultivate trust and to encourage engagement to services offered within the program and in our community.
