The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving enterprise endpoint management, strengthening the security posture, and ensuring effective system oversight across both on-premises and cloud environments. This position requires a self-starter who is eager to learn, can work with minimal supervision, and is driven to design and deliver enterprise-class solutions that directly enhance organizational security, efficiency, and reliability. This hybrid position offers a combination of remote work and periodic on-site support and customer meetings. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT u2022 Lead technical team providing day-to-day operations and engineering support for end point devices such as laptops, desktops, tablets, iPhone, vdesks, etc. u2022 Develop, implement, and maintain system requirements and configurations to enhance security and operational effectiveness. u2022 Manage day-to-day operations and engineering of Intune, O365 and MS Teams, including patch management, compliance enforcement, vulnerability detection, and system monitoring. u2022 Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and operations teams to improve enterprise-wide endpoint visibility and control. u2022 Automate repetitive tasks and reporting functions to improve operational efficiency. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system monitoring, endpoint management, u2022 Document system designs, procedures, workflows, and operational standards u2022 Stay current with emerging industry best practice and trends REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. u2022 10+ years of experience u2022 ITIL v4 certification is required u2022 Experience integrating systems management tools across hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructures. Technical Skills: u2022 Experience with enterprise endpoint management and monitoring solutions using Intune u2022 Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and/or Azure Cloud environment. u2022 Strong understanding of IT security principles, patching, and compliance standards. u2022 Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar). u2022 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. u2022 Ability to work independently with limited oversight in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. u2022 US Citizenship required DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS u2022 Familiarity with federal security regulations and compliance standards. u2022 Knowledge of cloud-based database security practices and tools. u2022 Must have experience supporting a government agency. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
