Job Description: u2022 Analyzes actual and predicted, interacting, and operational activities of a military, governmental, or business system to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision-making through the application of logic and scientific or economic disciplines and techniques. u2022 Participates in planning, scheduling, and coordinating selected analytical process phases or assists in working any selection of subcomponents of the process or system under analysis. u2022 Devises modeling and measuring techniques; utilizes mathematics, statistical methods, simulations, operational mathematics techniques (linear programming, game theory, probability theory, symbolic language, etc.) and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines. u2022 Applies extensive technical expertise and has knowledge of other related disciplines. u2022 Guides the successful completion of analysis. u2022 Develops technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Analysis related field u2022 Ability to gain and hold a TS/SCI clearance u2022 Experience manipulating data from Excel spreadsheets u2022 Ability and motivation to self-teach analysis skills aligned with analysis best practices u2022 Expected to deliver in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment u2022 Ability combine and analyze disparate data for presentation to senior level decision makers Desired Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance u2022 Expertise in operational testing environments, surveillance and reconnaissance environments, and electromagnetic spectrum fields u2022 Familiarity with models approved for use in the Defense Intelligence Agency All-Source Analysis Enterprise (DIAAE) u2022 Familiarity with the Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operating Environment process u2022 Expertise in satellite communications, satellite constellations and developing and conducting operational tests to assist a diverse team conduct requirements analyses u2022 Experience researching, identifying, and making recommendations on resources and emergent technologies that may improve the execution of future year requirements u2022 Experience developing display metrics generated from automated data sources u2022 Experience with modeling, simulation and wargaming forjoint campaign scenario development and analysis u2022 Experience with a cloud computing system such as ADVANA, ENVISION or PALANTIR u2022 Experience with model-based systems engineering programs SysML, CAMEO, MagicDraw u2022 Experience with the Satellite Analysis Toolkit u2022 Experience programming with Python, MATLAB, C++ and SQL u2022 Familiarity with AFSIM and STK Work Environment: + Location: On-site in Arlington, VA + Travel Requirements: Minimal less than 10% if necessary + Working Hours: Standard Ready to Make a Difference?
