Posting End Date: December 06, 2025 Employee Type: Regular-Full time Union/Non: This is a non-union position We are hiring a Regulatory & Compliance Sr. Advisor who will oversee, develop, and prepare regulatory filings, associated tariffs, analyses and testimonies. Apply today Hereu2019s what you will do: + Serve key leader or expert resource in strategy development for pricing of products and services. + Ensure timely filing of applications and pleadings with regulatory agencies. + Evaluate need for regulatory filings independently and plans and prepares key content. + Ensure accuracy and quality control of testimony and discover documents while analyzing and recommending regulatory changes. + Consult to business unit management and executives. + Provide technical and project leadership for major regulatory and corporate initiatives. + Demonstrate and apply knowledge, skills, and abilities commensurate with the upper-echelon of regulatory and pricing professionals throughout the industry. + Possess and apply advanced knowledge and technical skills to solve complex problems, or to plan and coordinate larger-scale regulatory initiatives requiring diverse knowledge of regulatory, economic, and accounting principles and practices. + Provide expert technical consultation and assessment. Controls technical, financial, and regulatory commitments to internal or external customers. + Serve as lead or liaison with regulators, internal and external counsel, and outside consultants. + Support and defend company positions in negotiations and formal proceedings, by preparing expert written and oral testimony. + Maintain effective working relationships with commission staff and regulatory stakeholders. + Prepare pricing assumptions for financial forecasts. + Serve as technical expert on Company's financial models, used to determine regulatory earnings and incremental revenue needs. + May perform independent research to find innovative solutions to complex regulatory circumstances. + May testify as expert witness for regulatory cases. Who you are : You have: + A related Bacheloru2019s degree with 6+ years of experience in state and/or federal regulatory and rate setting process, or comparable forums. + Significant experience as an expert witness, or clearly demonstrated proficiencies in the knowledge, skills, and abilities required of expert witnesses. + Basic knowledge of operations and/or engineering concepts. + Highly developed oral communication, written communication, presentation, coaching, and teaching skills. + Outstanding analytical, computer, problem assessment, and problem-solving skills. You can: + Demonstrate expert knowledge of advanced financial concepts, analytical techniques, and regulatory issues. + Identify independently, evaluate, and recommend or advocate courses of action, in response to inquiries. Working Conditions: + Office Work Environment between 76 -100%. + Domestic Travel up to 25%.
