As a CoStar Technical Manager on the Platform Development team you will play a key role in expanding the data platform that supports all of CoStar Groupu2019s largest brands including , CoStar Suite, LoopNet and . You will deeply understand what drives the business for which you are building software. This position is located in Arlington, VA and is in office Monday through Thursday and work from home on Friday. Responsibilities + Lead an Agile software development team (approximately 5-7 people); Lead Scrum ceremonies; Deliver done-done features to customers at high velocity + Act as a player-coach, who can mentor & coach team members into highly productive team players + Promotion of a can-do attitude, engineering mindset and collaboration as fundamental team values + Influence API architecture and CI/CD pipeline improvements + Drive continuous improvement by focusing on engineering excellence + Translate business requirements into technical requirements, develop project plans and work schedules for use by scrum development team + Successfully implement software development projects to specification and within scheduled timelines + Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Agile teams to develop a roadmap and deliver on large initiatives + Work with the recruiting team to hire and onboard top industry talent + Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the CRE Industry and CoStaru2019s business model + Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices to strengthen CoStaru2019s technology platform and development practices + Adopt an owner-operator mindset and demonstrate full ownership of the product and technical platforms + Act as the
