Duties are performed following clearly defined work procedures and priorities. ln accordance with the Early Learning Center philosophy and policies, the Early Childhood Specialist 1 works with center staff to provide appropriate interactions and support to help meet the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs of children within a group setting.u00a0Pay, Benefits & Work Scheduleu00a0Position Salary Range: $34,980/year - $45,900/yearu00a0The salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The salary will be determined based on candidate's qualifications and related experience, as well as market and business considerations. Individuals newly hired to Classified position are placed in a salary range based on the WPEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.u00a0We offer comprehensive compensation package with salary and benefits as the main components. Competitive salary is within the Range stated above, and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
