Ericsson also does not hire F-1's working on EAD for this position.Project Support Intern AI MLLocation: Bellevue, WAAbout this opportunity:We are looking for a passionate AI intern to join our team and work on service delivery projects leveraging Glean platform and generative AI to bring automation and efficiency.What you will do: Assist in building AI-powered automation solutions/agents for service delivery using the Glean platform. Leverage Generative AI to streamline workflows, summarize reports, and automate repetitive tasks. Learn and experiment with new features of the Glean platform and generative AI tools to apply them effectively in projects. Collaborate with the team to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven processes. Explore opportunities to automate manual tasks across service delivery projects to improve efficiency and accuracy. Document AI workflows, processes, and outcomes for clarity and reproducibility. Stay updated with the latest AI/ML and automation trends to propose innovative solutions. Communicate insights, findings, and progress regularly to the team and mentors.The skills you bring: Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. Strong programming skills in Python; knowledge of Java/JavaScript is a plus. Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and generative AI. Familiarity with automation and workflow tools is an advantage. Analytical, technical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
